EFFICIENT / RELIABLE QUARTZ HEAT
Transfers heat energy more efficiently than conventional ceramic panels. Providing maximum durability, Quartz elements utilize the same type of element wire found in conventional ceramic elements. The difference and benefit is that clear Quartz freely transmits IR heat energy while opaque ceramic fibers partially block IR heat energy.
SOLID-STATE DIGITAL HEAT CONTROL FLASH FAZE
Increase Production without Scorching. With a flip of a switch, Flash Faze speeds production by quickly raising ink and garment temperatures. Flash Faze fully powers the first heat zone for faster curing. The remaining heat zones are then monitored by the digital heat control for a gentle final cure.
MEDIUM WAVE IR / HIGH WATT DENSITY
Maximum Watts Per Square Inch = Maximum Production Output. High Watt Density creates medium wave infrared heat, enabling Powerhouse Quartz to keep up with the most demanding production needs. The only way to measure an electric dryers' production capacity is to compare the watts per square inch of the oven area. The higher the Watt Density the higher the Production Capacity - it's that simple.

Adapts to meet your production needs. Add-on Infeed / Exit enables Powerhouse to adapt to your particular needs. Add-on infeed facilitates use by multiple printers, while add-on exit provides added cooling time for folders.

TURBO-KNIFE AIR- BLANKET
Creates convection heat for high-volume scorch-free curing. A series of Turbo Air-Knives continuously circulates a high volume of air for thorough, scorch-free curing of textiles. The system adjusts between closed and open loop air circulation for optimum curing of various ink systems.
WIDER BELT WIDTHS
Today's fuller cut garments demand wider conveyor belt widths! Powerhouse's 26", 30", 40" and 52" belt widths greatly minimize the tedious folding commonly found with narrower conventional belts. Powerhouse recognizes that today's oversized garments are here to stay and has responded with a wider and more accommodating conveyor dryer.
